Socketed Cricket Cages
sportsequip.co.uk offers two main types of socketed cricket cage - winch systems and modular 'parks' systems. We also provide a full installation service for these, often in conjunction with non-turf cricket surface installations or refurbishments. Customised layouts of cricket cages to suit your individual requirements are also possible.

Socketed Cricket Cages
We offer two types of socketed cricket cage - winch systems and modular 'parks' systems:
- Winch Cricket Systems - Ideal for use in venues that wish to fully cut, roll and maintain natural grass batting ends, the Winch Cricket Systems feature a retractable netting system that will allow grass to be easily cut without obstruction. Netting is held in place by a tensioned wire, between two uprights spanning a maximum distance of 30m.
- Parks Cricket Cages - A heavy duty cricket cage system with a modular design, allowing up to 6 batting lanes. Frame constructed from 33.7mm diameter tubular galvanised steel, with tube clamp joints and ground sockets. Includes heavyweight knotless netting.
