Ideal 'Warm Up' stretch before tackling some of the more challenging exercises within the Gym Trail, Fitness Trail and PT Trail ranges.

A second exercise to go with the FT305 Hamstring Stretch illustration on a single Illustrated Exercise plate could be the FT304 Log Step Ups or any freestanding stretch from the Stretch Station range.
