The 2G Flicx Senior Multi-Age Pitch (22 yards) is the most adaptable pitch in the range, suitable for both senior and junior cricket formats.

Its flexibility allows it to function as three or four different pitches, and it also provides two senior batting ends for training or nets. To change the pitch length, simply move the stumps to another colour-coded crease line, quickly adjusting the pitch to accommodate different age groups.

The Senior Multi-Age Pitch offers versatility by offering various crease lengths, including standard UK junior crease lines at 19 and 17 yards, based on your needs.

The lifespan of Flicx Pitches when maintained in line with the guidance is well beyond 5 years, indeed many of the first pitches manufactured in 1997 are still going strong as they are exceptionally durable and the UV protection added means they perform in extreme conditions.

Can I use a cricket ball on it?

The Flicx Senior Mulit Age Pitch can be used for both hardball and softball formats! You can also use bowling machine balls on the surface.

Where can I use the pitch?

This pitch is designed to be lightweight and portable, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor cricket. Simply find a firm, flat surface to roll it out, and you're ready to play. It can be used on various surfaces such as astroturf, concrete (though this creates a higher bounce, so a shockpad should be placed under the Flicx Pitch), 3G rubber crumb pitches (provided the rubber content is under 50% of the infill), and wooden sprung floors.

Can I put the pitch down on grass in my garden?

Absolutely! You can install it, as long as the surface beneath is firm and free of high spots or divots. This ensures the pitch sits flat, providing a consistent and realistic bounce for both batting and bowling practice, without damaging the lawn underneath.
