Waist Twister

A great warm up exercise, the Waist Twister can be used independently by up to 3 users at the same time, encouraging chat and perhaps a little gentle competition.

The rotating footpads allow users to gently twist just enough to suit their own level of fitness and flexibility.

The Waist Twister is great way to stretch tight mid and lower body muscle groups perhaps prior to a bigger varied workout or as part of a wider rehabilitation regime

If you are looking to save space and reduce the total number of stations, we also offer the alternative combined SG3023 Twist N Step unit which combines a single Waist Twister with a single side to side Stepper

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Standardised modular ground fixings means quick and easy installation.

If ordering on a supply only basis, standard delivery is free for an order of a minimum of 10 mixed Sunshine Gym exercise stations within a 125 mile radius of Tur Langton, Leicestershire. Alternatively, we can deliver or install this product anywhere in the UK for you. Any installation quote will include delivery. Please contact our sales office for a quotation.

In addition we offer a full range of safer surfacing options including our own fully tested SS500 Compliant Wet Pour and our SS400 Compliant Grow Through Grass Mats too. If you would like total area surfacing or just reinforcing 'wear pads' on heavy wear areas, please speak to our Sales office.
