Tai Chi Discs

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for both its health benefits and meditation. These Tai Chi Discs do exactly that, providing the gentlest of exercises flexibility and movement in the arms and shoulders, and if the user uses more than one at once, co-ordination too.

Two independent facing sides are set at slightly different heights, allowing for different heights of users. Having 4 discs in all means it can be used by up to 4 users simultaneously, encouraging conversation, interaction and friendship

If you want something similar but with a higher degree of difficulty, why not consider the alternative SG3013 Double Strength Challenger instead? With that you tussle on the wheels with the person opposite

Please note that the discs on these units are now solid, flat circular board wheels and are no longer 'steering wheels' as shown on the photographs and illustrations

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Standardised modular ground fixings means quick and easy installation.

If ordering on a supply only basis, standard delivery is free for an order of a minimum of 10 mixed Sunshine Gym exercise stations within a 125 mile radius of Tur Langton, Leicestershire. Alternatively, we can deliver or install this product anywhere in the UK for you. Any installation quote will include delivery. Please contact our sales office for a quotation.

In addition we offer a full range of safer surfacing options including our own fully tested SS500 Compliant Wet Pour and our SS400 Compliant Grow Through Grass Mats too. If you would like total area surfacing or just reinforcing 'wear pads' on heavy wear areas, please speak to our Sales office.
