If you ever wondered what repetitive exercises you can do on Parallel Bars our Illustrated Exercise Boards encourage users to do alternative and complementary exercises on the unit.

The choice covers standard Dips with the FT427, end to end Shuffles FT428, Knee Raises FT429, Straight Bar Dips FT321, and Body Raises FT322. Any two can be combined on a single Illustrated Exercise board.

We deliberately discourage the more gymnastic Parallel Bar exercises such as forward rolls, pikes and athletic dismounts as these are not only beyond the ability of many public users but also carry the greatest risk of accident and injury.

The unit comprises two parallel steel bars (1.95m long) supported on timber posts designed to test upper body strength.

We recommend the use of 2no. Compliant Grow Through Grass Tiles to create 'wear pads' for this item.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

If ordering on a supply only basis, standard delivery is free for an order of a minimum of 6 Gym Trail, Fitness Trail or PT Trail stations within a 125 mile radius of Tur Langton, Leicestershire.
