Aluminium 80mm Square Tennis Posts

Set of 80mm square aluminium tennis posts complete with sockets.

Posts manufactured from 80mm x 3mm reinforced aluminium.

Winder post has a heavy duty brass winder mechanism, handle and pulley wheel.

Anchor post has a grooved top cap.

Complete with 2 stainless steel net retaining rods.

2 galvanised steel sockets 312mm deep with 82mm square internal face complete with flush fitting hinged lids.

Sockets have a welded pin on which the posts sit 160mm from the base of the socket.

Aluminium posts are iron phosphated with a baked on Green polyester powder coated finish to provide a tough scratch resistant finish.

Posts conform to BS EN 1510.

Posts require regular maintenance and all chips or scratches must be treated to prevent corrosion. To maintain the winder mechanism we suggest the use of a light spray grease, such as WD-40 Grease (rather than the more common WD-40 lubricant). With the tube nozzle and careful application you can target it directly onto the spindle and gears without it getting on to the cogs, the headline wire or the net itself.

Ground sockets must be correctly installed into concrete blocks as per the instructions provided.
