2 Bay Platform Sit Ups

This wide exercise platform was originally developed just for Sit Ups, now Crunches, but when used in conjunction with our Illustrated Instructional Exercise Boards it becomes an extremely versatile piece of equipment.

Our Illustrated Exercise Boards for 'rolling' or side to side floor exercises that require the extra width offered by the 2 Bay Platform include the FT363 Side Crunch, FT364 Back Rotation, the FT365 Bridge and the FT366 Diagonal Curl.

These are in addition to all the standard Bench exercises that can also be carried out on the 2 Bay Platform with our Illustrated Exercise Boards namely:

FT361 Sit Ups, FT362 Crunches, FT332 Plank, FT333 Side Plank, FT334 Incline and FT335 Decline Press Ups, FT340 Forward Stretch, FT341 Cobra, separate FT342 Hamstring or FT343 Hamstring and Leg Stretches combined, the FT344 Cat & Camel, FT345 Locust and the FT346 Kneeling Superman.

If ordering on a supply only basis, standard delivery is free for an order of a minimum of 6 Gym Trail, Fitness Trail or PT Trail stations within a 125 mile radius of Tur Langton, Leicestershire.
